The City of College Park is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to assist in all human resources functions. Areas of responsibility include position classification and compensation, benefits administration, employee wellness, development and enforcement of personnel regulations and policies, recruitment, and employee and labor relations.  The successful candidate must be able to balance the regulatory management role with the employee advocate role.   Must have excellent writing and presentation skills. Requires a bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field, plus a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible human resource experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.  SHRM or IPMA-HR certification preferred.  Starting salary of $58,371 DOQ plus excellent benefits.  Please apply at:
